January 23rd, 2017

TRIBECA, NY — Check out the luxurious homes at 11 Beach Street—a new, highly anticipated Tribeca Pre-War building. The apartment building is nearing completion and has just begun welcoming residents, HFZ Capital Group announced.

The 10-story loft building is designed by the BKSK Architects and Thomas Juul-Hansen. The building has 27 residences, featuring apartments ranging from 3 to 5 bedrooms, spacious lofts, two penthouses and three triplex townhouses.

"With its restaurants, shops, schools and green spaces, Tribeca has become the most desired and fastest growing residential neighborhood in Manhattan," said Ziel Feldman, Chairman and Founder of HFZ Capital Group. "11 Beach is an architectural nod to the rich history of this thriving area."

Some highlights of the residences include: spacious ceiling heights, direct elevator access, eight-inch-wide rusticated plank flooring and en-suite bathrooms. Residents have full access to a handful of amenities, like a landscaped roof garden, state-of-the-art fitness center, children's playroom and a 24-hour doorman.

The private triplex townhouses have private entryways with steel-canopied, framed front doors that overlook a tranquil Tribeca side street.

Each townhouse boasts a Thomas Juul-Hansen-designed private spa anchored by a custom 40-50-foot stainless steel pool partially enclosed in glass. The townhouse spas are outfitted with a steam room, sauna, lounging and exercise areas and a "rainforest shower," which is a mist- and nature sound-producing version of the flat shower head, according to Curbed.

Remaining residences at 11 Beach Street range from 3,844 to 5,985 square feet and include a collection of three, four and five bedrooms, with prices starting at $8.55 million.
