A First Look Inside The $4.72M RH-Designed Residence At 88&90 Lexington

April 4th, 2017

NoMad’s workshop/apd-designed 88&90 Lexington is a unique marriage of old and new that merges a classic pre-war building (88 Lexington) with a sleek, modern structure (90 Lexington) into a one-of-a-kind luxury living experience.

In the spirit of celebrating the juxtaposition of modern design and classic architecture, interior-decorating retailer RH outfitted a 3-bedroom unit at 88 Lexington using pieces from their RH Modern line and have revealed a first look inside the $4.72M residence.

The light-filled apartment offers a 2,319-square-foot open floor plan with a graciously scaled living and dining area that is perfect for entertaining. The adjacent kitchen is custom-appointed with European oak cabinetry, polished glassos countertops and an antique grey marble backsplash along with state-of-the-art appliances. While fumed grey oak floors flow throughout the living spaces, the bathrooms feature French limestone flooring and wall tiles and the master bedroom offers two walk-in closets. When it came to the furnishings, the RH design team was inspired by the building's timeless aesthetic to keep the palette largely neutral and introduce bold accents with art and décor, evoking a gallery-like atmosphere.
