Restoration Hardware Designed This 88&90 Lex Model Condo

Last spring. HFZ rolled out the first model unit for its rental-to-condo conversion at 88&90 Lexington Avenue, revealing a breezily neutral staging by French furniture company Ligne Roset.

But for those who couldn’t picture themselves amid Ligne Roset’s trés blanche furnishings, there is good news: The upscale development has just unveiled a different model abode, and this one has been done up exclusively by RH, the interior-decorating retailer formerly known as Restoration Hardware. The three-bedroom, three-and-a-half bath apartment is decked out in equally neutral furnishings from the RH Modern line, which offers the $4.72 million residence a contemporary feel.

The apartment, tastefully decorated in a neutral color palette, with the occasional bold accent, features an enormous Belgian linen sectional, a four-posted Belgian white linen canopy bed, and a concrete pier round dining table, accentuated with a similarly round chandelier.

The 2,319-square-foot apartment is on the pricier end of the building’s offerings. Sales launched in June of 2015, and prices currently range from $1.825 million for a one-bedroom in 88 Lexington to $6.6 million for a four-bedroom in the same building. As of this writing, 27 of the condos are listed for sale on StreetEasy. Eleven are in contract.
