340-344 W 72nd Street, New York
Built in 1904, at the dawn of the 20th century, The Chatsworth redefined prestigious living. The Chatsworth is an iconic example of Beaux-Art pre-war architecture. Originally inspired by the 1549 estate of the Duke of Devonshire in North Derbyshire, England, the historic Chatsworth is located on 72nd and Rivers Drive and offers unobstructed views of both the Hudson River and Riverside Park.
In 2013, HFZ took ownership of the landmarked building and its adjoining Annex at 340-344 West 72nd Street. HFZ is revitalizing and re-introducing The Chatsworth as a modern luxury cooperative. Ingenious designers Pembrooke & Ives have dramatically re-envisioned the interiors into sprawling, ultra-luxury, family-sized homes which include one-to-five bedroom residences.
